The Grays-Lays Service is a monthly payment site, by joining you have agreed these terms.

The service is operated on a 30 day charging period and starts from the day you completed your membership (although your email address can take up to 48hrs to reach our mail server). You have the right to cancel your membership at any time but please note the following:

1. Your card will be charged £14.99 on signup which entitles you to 30 days consecutive days use of the membership area, including any advertised bonuses. 30 days after joining (if you haven't cancelled in the members area) your card will be charged £19.99 and then 30days from then £29.99 and every 30 days for the life of your membership.
2. If you do wish to cancel then you must and can only cancel your membership in the member's area. A simple button has been provided that will automatically cancel your membership and stop your being charged.
   
   Please note if you joined through Paypal though you will have to log into your Paypal account to stop the subscription there.
3. 48 hrs notice is required before your card is due to be charged.
4. Any monies already received cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless it is shown that your card was charged after you had given us 48hrs warning.
5. Deleting yourself from the special "tips emails" you get every morning and evening will not cancel your membership.
6. This is a Lay service, you will need an account with a betting exchange like to use the tips and should be aware of the extra liability that a Lay Bet can cost you.

This is a personal service and we are human so the following terms will also apply .

The service is run from Sunday to Monday (as long as there are selections)

We also have a commitment to take 2-4 weeks holiday a year like most other people.

We will of course try to inform members at their earliest convenience when these may be but please expect this to happen.

My commitment to you is to send you daily around 11pm by email the selections for the next days racing, as long as the information we need is available by then. Whatever happens we will make every effort to email you by by 10am on the day of racing in the rare cases where we may have a problem. Selections will also be available in the members area.

Both the email and the member's area rely on computer technology and although we will do everything I can to make sure we have a continuous service we can not be held responsible should one or both fail to perform.

We reserve the right at anytime to make changes to the way we show, deliver or select the tips.

In these days of Spam filters it can be difficult to ensure we always get 100% delivery to all email addresses. Our emails are delivered by Getresponse.com who have an anti-spam certificate and one of the best delivery records on the net. That said it is up to you to make sure our emails are not blocked by your own spam filters or your supplier.

By becoming a member you agree to keep these tips exclusively to yourself and not share them in any way which includes posting them to user groups, transmitting them by email, charging for them or implying that you were the originator of the tip, except to place a bet with a authorized bookie or bet exchange.

If any member is found to be breaking this agreement they will immediately lose their membership and any payment we have already received.

We do not tolerate abuse of our service, the less people who know the better it will be for all of us, so we will make every effort to monitor all Newsgroups and tipping sites, many of which we are members.
